KCC Beauty SeraSense SF PTM is a phenyl-substituted silicone fluid for use in skin care, sun care, antiperspirant, colour cosmetic and haircare formulations.
Due to the high refractive index of this ingredient, SeraSense SF PTM generates a high degree of shine, making it perfect for inclusion into hair care products. At 100% active this material is perfect for serums and shine sprays; for water based products such as shampoos and conditioners, why not try our 20% O/W co-emulsion of this, SeraShine EM 501C.
Phenyl Trimethicone is also an incredibly soft, low tack ingredient for including into skin creams and in particular sun care products. For these application areas, the unique skin feel properties are highly desirable, as are the low adhesion benefits.
