Description

SeraSense® SF DDM 10K is a high shine di-phenyl modified silicone for use in skin care, sun care, antiperspirants and hair care formulations.

Due to the high refractive index and high viscosity of this ingredient, SeraSense® SF DDM 10K creates excellent lustre, ideal for use in lip products.  Diphenyl Dimethicone is also an incredibly soft, low tack ingredient for inclusion into anti-wrinkle skin creams, antiperspirants and sun care formulations. For these applications SeraSense® SF DDM 10K offers excellent spreadability, emolliency and water repellancy.  Addition levels vary dependant on desired gloss.

Recommended usage level 0.5-5.0%, however it is heavily dependent on application.
