Description

SeraSense® GB 17 is a blend of volatile, low viscosity dimethicone (5cS) and a very high viscosity dimethiconol gum polymer, for use in a variety of personal care applications.  It imparts a soft, silky feel to skin by facilitating spreading of the formulation actives and by improving skin elasticity. It forms a water resistant, breathable protective barrier without a negative tacky feel. When used in haircare formulations, SeraSense GB 17 acts as a long-lasting conditioner which provides improved dry combing and imparts a superb soft feel.  In addition to these benefits, it contains <0.1% D4 and D5.
